What changes have you made to the Privacy Policy?

We update our Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our business practices and in the law. The policy has been revised to reflect updates in the law and how you can exercise your rights.

How can I delete my account?

How we protect your data

All your data is protected and encrypted at rest in our databases.

All transmission of data between our internal APIs is encrypted, and we never share your data with third parties, except when required by law.

Location data collected while traveling to a site location to resolve a ticket is deleted automatically 6 months after a ticket is finalized.
We do not share your location data with our customer except in cases where there is a dispute, to e.g. prove to the customer that you arrived at their location at a particular time.

What is the AVASO Field Force app used for?

AVASO Field Force is created to make it easy for you, as an engineer working with AVASO, to communicate with AVASO and to receive information about tickets that you are eligible to work on.
Through the app, we can streamline the process of working with AVASO all the way from the moment a ticket is created, until it is closed, by providing tools that enable you to track your work, communicate with us, and to sign off on and document the work that you’ve done.
